Terms of Service
By pursuing a commission with me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service. Violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of your commission and/or ban from future works.
For any non-sketch piece, a sketch will be provided for revision or approval during the commission process. Limited revisions may be possible on finished works, but are not guaranteed. You may make edits to your own commissioned piece if desired (e.g. if a character's design is later changed and you want to reflect that), however commissioning other artists to alter my work is prohibited.
Payment is collected upon commission acceptance for sketch-only pieces, or upon sketch approval for lined and finished pieces. Further progress will not begin until payment has been received. Do not send payment until commission has been confirmed and PayPal invoice is received. Prices are listed in USD.
A full refund may be requested if a sketch has not yet been provided. Approved sketches may only be partially refunded if cancelled, and fully finished pieces are not eligible for refunding. If requesting a refund, please contact me directly and do not use PayPal chargeback.
Expected completion times vary by complexity. Turnaround times for most standard pieces will range from one to four days; paintings and other detailed works should expect a much longer time frame. Strict deadlines may be subject to additional fees. Any delays in estimated turnaround will be communicated.
Outside of special circumstances, commissions are digital-only files with no physical shipment involved. Files are delivered as a .png file type.
Commissions are intended for personal use only. Any commercial use of commissioned work must be discussed with me in detail beforehand.
All use of my work for AI/machine learning, blockchain integration, etc. is strictly prohibited.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. A non-exhaustive list of commissions that will not be considered includes:
Imitations of other commission artists' styles
Certain fetish/kink art (NSFW topics should be discussed beforehand to verify)
Incest or adult+child romantic pairings
Political messaging that contradicts my personal stances
